Your body isn’t just what you see in the mirror. Around your body, there’s a field of energy—it’s called your auric field. You can think of it like a rainbow bubble that surrounds you and changes with your feelings.
This rainbow bubble has different layers, like stacking soft blankets. Each layer holds different parts of you:
Your body layer (how your body feels)
Your feeling layer (how your heart feels)
Your thinking layer (what you’re thinking about)
Your spirit layer (the part of you that’s connected to love and light)
Scientists say everything is made of tiny energy—like dancing sparkles! Even our hearts and brains make energy waves. That energy moves through your rainbow bubble and can change when you're happy, scared, calm, or excited.
When you feel good, your bubble shines bright. When you're sad or worried, the bubble might feel heavy—but you can help it feel better by resting, talking, hugging, or imagining light and love all around you.
Your energy bubble is special. It helps protect you, show your light, and connect you to everything around you!
Physical Body
This is your tangible, biological body—the one you can see and touch. It also includes the blueprint of your physical health held in the etheric layer just beyond the skin.
Etheric Body
This layer is the closest to the physical body, extending about 1–2 inches out. It holds your life force energy (also called prana or chi) and acts as a bridge between your physical form and your energetic system. It’s like the energetic double of your physical body.
Emotional Body
Extending beyond the etheric, this layer holds all your emotional energy—both processed and unprocessed. Feelings such as love, sadness, fear, anger, and joy can be felt and seen here. Imbalances here may show up as mood swings or emotional heaviness.
Mental Body
This layer holds your thoughts, beliefs, mental patterns, and attitudes. It’s associated with logic, analysis, and thought processes. Overthinking, mental clutter, or limiting beliefs can disturb the balance of this body.
Astral Body
This is the bridge between your physical experience and your spiritual essence. It’s associated with unconditional love, connection, and relationships. The astral body is where deep love and heart-based connections reside.
Etheric Template Body
This body holds the blueprint for your ideal physical form and acts like a template that the physical and etheric bodies follow. It’s connected to divine will and your purpose. Healing here can help restore alignment to your true self.
Celestial Body

Causal Body (or Ketheric Template)

Each of these bodies is constantly interacting with your thoughts, emotions, actions, and environment. When they are in balance and aligned, you feel connected, clear, and grounded.
